Anti-Corruption Court Accepts Case Against Gagik Tsarukyan and Sedrak Arustamyan
The Anti-Corruption Court judge Aram Grigoryan has accepted the case against Gagik Tsarukyan and Sedrak Arustamyan.
Preliminary court hearings have been scheduled for next week, on May 8, at 11:00 AM.
It is notable that the charges have been presented under Article 219, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, pertaining to the provision of electoral bribes.
