VIDEO: How the Controversial Azerbaijani Footage at the Lachin Checkpoint Was Recorded

On April 30, Azerbaijani sources began circulating a video claiming that Armenian residents already have free access to the Artsakh-Armenia road and to the Azerbaijani checkpoint set up at the Khakari Bridge.

Following this, the official authorities in Artsakh reaffirmed that the two-way movement between Artsakh and Armenia is organized exclusively by the Russian Federation's peacekeeping forces and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

The public television of Artsakh has presented how the Azerbaijani propaganda video was filmed.
