Bernie Sanders on Biden's Reelection Prospects

U.S. President Joe Biden has a chance to be reelected in 2024, said Democratic Senator Bernie Sanders, according to The Hill. Sanders noted that the politician has the opportunity to win by a significant margin.

“If you believe in democracy and want more people to vote, I think the choice is quite clear: and that choice is Biden. If Democrats and the President start working for working-class people, I think Biden will win by a large margin,” Sanders stated, who ran alongside Biden as a presidential candidate in the 2020 elections.

As Sanders pointed out, the sitting President is, in fact, the only choice against the Republican Party’s challengers. He added that many Republicans supposedly do not believe in democracy as they support claims about the victory of former President Donald Trump in the 2020 election campaign.
