Video: Putin Urgently Went to the Kremlin at Night, Peskov Explains Why
Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the President of Russia, commented on reporters' inquiries regarding Vladimir Putin's arrival at the Kremlin from Novo-Ogaryovo late at night, stating that this is a normal practice since the president's meetings were scheduled to start early in the morning on Thursday.
“Putin has an apartment in the Kremlin where he often spends the night. Yesterday he had work in Ogaryovo. After completing all his tasks in Ogaryovo, he went to the Kremlin because he started his meetings quite early there today. This is a common practice and happens frequently,” Peskov said.
Earlier, a video surfaced online showing Russian President Vladimir Putin's motorcade moving towards the Kremlin along an empty highway.
