VIDEO. You Talked So Much, the Road Was Closed: Kocharyan
Were you aware of that road? Did you even know how that road was being used? You talked so much that the road had to be closed. Nevertheless, that road was in use, what, you weren’t aware, right? You knew very well. You were always asking how they travel and reach Artsakh if the roads are closed.
This was stated earlier today by Andranik Kocharyan of the ruling party during a conversation with reporters in the National Assembly, addressing journalists' comments regarding the Azerbaijani checkpoint being established near the Hakari River bridge in Artsakh.
“Stay calm, all closed roads will open one day. Open roads can also close one day if there is no understanding. Don’t show me the place of 120,000 Artsakh residents. I knew their place back then, and I still know it now. I have many friends among them,” he emphasized.
