Video: Armenian Armed Forces Conducting Positional Improvement Work in Tegh

The Armenian Armed Forces are conducting positional improvement work in Tegh.

This announcement was made by Chief of General Staff Eduard Asryan during a conversation with journalists at the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.

“We are situated at the outskirts of Tegh, while the Azerbaijanis are positioned opposite our units and positions,” Asryan stated.

Regarding the situation in Sotk, where an Armenian serviceman was killed by enemy fire, the Chief of Staff mentioned that the situation there is relatively stable at the moment.

Asryan did not comment on the ongoing demarcation work. According to him, a special commission has been created for the demarcation works, which is handling these tasks, and the Chief of Staff has a representative on that commission.

It should be noted that on March 30, the National Security Service of Armenia reported that the Azerbaijani side had once again violated agreements and established positions 100-300 meters further along the border in several areas. In some places, the Azerbaijani side began to position itself and carry out engineering work without waiting for previously agreed clarifications.
