VIDEO: A Huge Warehouse with Dangerous Liquids on Fire in Russia

On April 19, a fire broke out in a warehouse located at 99 Avtozavodskoye Highway in the city of Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. Local news sources report this citing the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The area of the fire has reached 4,000 square meters. Currently, 80 personnel and 27 pieces of equipment are on-site. There are no reports of injuries yet.

"The fire brigade from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and a Mi-8 helicopter have been deployed to combat readiness. The firefighting efforts are complicated due to the high fire load of the building, as there are containers with flammable liquids inside," the statement said.

According to the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor, the fire occurred within the territory of 'NPK Astat' LLC.
