Situation in Artsakh: Report from the Russian Ministry of Defense

The Russian peacekeeping contingent stationed in Artsakh has recorded two incidents of ceasefire violation in the Askeren and Martakert regions. This is noted in an information report from the Russian Ministry of Defense.

“Two incidents of ceasefire violation occurred in the Askeren and Martakert regions. There are no reported casualties. The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent is conducting an investigation into the matter with both the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides,” the report states.

It is also reported that patrols are being conducted in the Martuni, Martakert, and Shushi regions along three routes. The transit of a convoy loaded with humanitarian cargo has been ensured along the Goris-Stepanakert route.
