Ilham, Who Was Treated Like a Poodle, Now Acts Like a Rooster: Kocharian's Office Responds to Aliyev

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, sent yet another tirade against Armenia and Artsakh yesterday, where he also mentioned the name of Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharian.

According to Yerevan.Today, Bagrat Mikoyan, the head of Robert Kocharian's office, stated: "Apparently, young Aliyev cannot forget who they lost to in the first Nagorno-Karabakh war. The Ilham, who was treated like a poodle during Robert Kocharian's time, is now acting like a rooster. He lost to President Kocharian in every respect, and that narrative cannot be rewritten, no matter how much he struts today."
