Freestyle wrestler Vazgen Tevanyan, competing in the 65 kg weight category, has won the European Champion title for the first time in his career and was awarded a gold medal.

It should be noted that in the final of the 65 kg weight class, Vazgen Tevanyan, a member of the freestyle wrestling team, defeated Bulgarian wrestler Mikyaj Salim Nayim with a score of 12-1.

The championship is taking place in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.
