Pashinyan Interrogated in State Treason Case
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has been interrogated in connection with a criminal case initiated under the article of State Treason, and he is also prepared to appear before the parliamentary investigative committee examining the circumstances of the 44-day war. This was stated by the Prime Minister during a discussion of the report on the implementation and results of the Government Program of the Republic of Armenia (2021-2026) for the year 2022.
He responded to a question from Artsvik Minasyan, the secretary of the 'Armenia' faction, regarding whether he had been involved or interrogated in 20 public criminal proceedings under the articles of state treason and other charges. 'I have been examined; I have been interrogated in great detail. As much as it is required, I will be interrogated,' Nikol Pashinyan said.
The Prime Minister called on the opposition to join the parliamentary investigative committee investigating the circumstances of the 44-day war and to interrogate him.
