Psychologist from the Ministry of Emergency Situations Prevents Young Girl's Suicide Attempt

On April 17, at 14:44, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a citizen was attempting to commit suicide by jumping from the Kievyan Bridge in Yerevan.

A firefighting unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Yerevan Rescue Department, an operational group from the National Crisis Management Center, and the on-duty psychologist from the psychological support division were dispatched to the scene.

The psychologist provided psychological support to the individual at the scene, identified as V. E., who was then transferred to the Mashtots Police Department. Some media reports indicate that she is a young girl.
