“Considering the blockade of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia by Azerbaijan and the numerous resulting issues, especially those related to free movement, we inform you that “Artsakhpost” LLC has faced serious difficulties in communication with the Republic of Armenia and the outside world, which has disrupted our operations since the onset of the blockade. However, taking into account the urgent necessity for citizens to send letters and documents and the consequences of the lack of this opportunity, the company, with the support of the Artsakh government, has acquired the ability to send citizens' documents via Russian peacekeepers. Therefore, we announce that “Artsakhpost” LLC is accepting documents to be sent to Armenia and abroad, which will be dispatched to the specified addresses using appropriate mechanisms at the earliest possible opportunity.”
