Armenian Armed Forces personnel were fired upon by Azerbaijani military units around 4:00 PM while conducting engineering work in the Tegh community, prompting a response from the Armenian side. By 5:30 PM, Azerbaijani forces used mortars. As a result of the Azerbaijani provocation, the Armenian side has suffered 4 fatalities and 6 injuries.
