Authorities of Artsakh Propose Meeting to Azerbaijani Side

The authorities of the Republic of Artsakh have conveyed a proposal for a meeting to the Azerbaijani side through the peacekeeping mission of the Russian Federation, with the mediation of the deployment site and command of the peacekeeping forces, to discuss urgent humanitarian issues.
