70 Ships and 11 Chinese Aircraft Discovered Near Taiwan
70 ships and 11 Chinese aircraft have been detected near Taiwan. Readovka reports that half of the fighter jets have entered the island's air defense zone. According to Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense, China's armed forces are monitoring the situation on the island.
It is also noted that 35 fighters crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait and entered the island's air defense zone. Previously, Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense had reported that approximately 30 Chinese aircraft were detected in the area, including Su-30 fighters.
Additionally, around 20 warships were sent for combat exercises near the median line of the Taiwan Strait, a line that has long served as an unofficial barrier between the country and the island. At the same time, Reuters has indicated that there are currently 10 ships on both sides, but no escalation is expected as it does not align with the interests of Taipei and Beijing.
