Exercises Conducted in Nakhchivan

According to the training plan for the 2023 academic year of the Nakhchivan separate combined arms army, command-staff exercises were conducted alongside formations and units, as reported by Azerbaijani media.

During the exercises, anti-aircraft defense units practiced actions related to the detection and reconnaissance of enemy aircraft. In the practical phase of tactical operations, special forces launched assaults on combat positions and critical infrastructure located at the front lines of the imaginary adversary.

It is noteworthy that recently, member of the Azerbaijani Parliament Siyavush Novruzov announced that Iran has been amassing troops at the border with Nakhchivan.
