Ukraine Will Be Able to Return Crimea in 5-7 Months, Ukrainian Official

Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, has stated that Ukraine will be able to return Crimea within 5-7 months. However, he emphasized that the war will continue until all of Ukraine's territory is liberated. This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine.

“We can unequivocally say that in a very short time, historically speaking, 5, 6, 7 months is very little. We will be in Crimea; maybe this is overly optimistic, but this optimism is mathematically proven,” Podolyak assured.

According to him, Russia does not have sufficient resources to maintain control over the situation. “The logic of the war is absolutely evident, and we can definitely talk about the realities of Crimea on the shores of Yalta,” he added.

At the same time, he highlighted that there will not be a war for Crimea as a separate occupied territory of Ukraine by Russia; rather, “there will be a war for the right to exist of the democratic world.”

“This is not a war for territory; territory is merely one of the elements. Today, it’s a war for the right to exist of the civilized world. And in this form, there is no place for Russia in the civilized world. Therefore, the war will continue until all of Ukraine’s territory is liberated,” Podolyak emphasized.
