Nine Rockets Fired from Gaza towards Israel; Israel Responds with Airstrikes

Israeli Air Force has struck targets in the Gaza Strip, with the airstrikes directing towards training camps associated with the Palestinian Hamas movement. This has been reported by Reuters citing eyewitnesses.

“Israeli planes carried out strikes on the Gaza Strip early in the morning. Israel targeted two training camps, one in Gaza City and another in a refugee camp,” reports Reuters, referring to Radio Hamas.

There is no information on casualties or injuries following the strikes. It is noted that the bombardment occurred after nine rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip towards Israel, with one of them hitting a factory in the industrial zone of Sderot.
