The West is Forcing Georgia to Enter into Conflict with Russia: Narishkin

The Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service has informed reporters that the West is compelling Georgia to take certain actions. "We are seeing persistent attempts from Washington, Brussels, and London to persuade the Georgian leadership of the need to open a so-called second front. They see that the situation on the battlefield is not in favor of Ukraine, and Georgia is being forced to engage in conflict with the Russian Federation," Sergei Narishkin stated.

According to him, Western countries are also attempting to convince Tbilisi that now is the right time to restore Georgia's control over Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
