Youth Weightlifting World Championships: Ashot Margaryan Wins Bronze Medal

At the Youth Weightlifting World Championships held in Albania, Armenia's representative Ashot Margaryan won a bronze medal in the 96 kg weight category.

Margaryan demonstrated a total lift of 300 kg in the competition. He also secured two additional bronze medals.

Other members of the Armenian men's national team competing include Zhora Grigoryan (61 kg), Sergey Barsisyan (67 kg), Narek Mkrtchyan (73 kg), Hovhannes Ghahramanyan (81 kg), Valerik Movsisyan (89 kg), Ashot Margaryan (96 kg), Rustam Sahradyan (102 kg), and Gagik Mkrtchyan (+102 kg).

It is noteworthy that among Armenia's representatives, Sergey Barsisyan has won a gold medal in the total lift for the 67 kg weight category, while Narek Mkrtchyan earned a small bronze medal in the 73 kg category. Valerik Movsisyan has also become a bronze medalist in the 89 kg weight class, and Anna Amroyan secured a bronze medal in the 76 kg category.
