Warning: Lowest Temperatures Expected

According to information published by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, the lowest temperatures are expected in the republic's valley region, including the Ararat Plain, during the night of April 1-2. The air temperature will drop to between -2 to 0 degrees Celsius, while the ground surface temperature will range from -4 to 3 degrees Celsius around dawn between 05:00 and 07:00.

In the republic's pre-mountainous region, the lowest temperatures are predicted for the night of March 31-April 1, ranging from -4 to -2 degrees Celsius, and from 0 to -2 degrees Celsius on the night of April 1-2.

If the specified temperatures are maintained for more than 5 hours, it is necessary to take appropriate preventive measures in blossoming apricot orchards (smoking, irrigation if possible).
