Israel Strikes Syria with Airstrikes

On March 30, Syrian state media reported another airstrike by the Israeli army targeting sites near Damascus. The Syrian state news agency SANA claims that Syrian air defense intercepted some of the missiles. Meanwhile, it is noted that several Syrian soldiers were wounded in the Al Meidan area.

SANA reports that the attack was directed towards the Golan Heights. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), based in London, reports that the Israel Defense Forces targeted military positions near Mount Qasiun, in the northern outskirts of Damascus.
