Controversial Discoveries of Shadow Supply in Artsakh

The newspaper 'Jamanak' reports: 'In Artsakh, despite the serious challenges arising from the blockade that began on December 12, residents are also facing social issues. In particular, 'Jamanak' has learned of shocking discoveries related to shadow supplies of certain goods. The fact is that prices for various products in the blocked Artsakh have increased significantly, which is attributed to supply difficulties, shadow phenomena, and issues with price control.

Subsequently, the Artsakh government established an upper price limit by a separate decision, obligating stores not to sell received goods at prices higher than those established. It also turns out that during this time, closed investigations and actions have been conducted directly under the supervision of State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan, resulting in the revelation and prevention of large cases of shadow supply.

Sources from 'Jamanak' reported that a few days ago, two trucks of goods were seized in Stepanakert, which had been brought in a shadowy manner by a private entrepreneur through peacekeepers, worth tens of millions of drams, for which government-designated goods were supposed to be transported instead. Following that, the shadow transfer of two trucks of goods from Goris instead of government-designated goods was also prevented.

We have not yet managed to determine to whom the first discovered goods belonged, but according to received information, the second case was associated with the notorious Gagik Sargsyan (Gago from Spetsnaz), whose loaded goods were dumped on-site by the state minister before leaving Goris, due to the necessity of transporting important goods for the state.
