Vachagan Ghazaryan, in response to the question of where he got 8 billion drams, given that he was a bodyguard chief and driver, said, 'Ask the Prosecutor's Office.'

Referring to the video released by the National Security Service in 2018, in which he was seen bringing money he withdrew from a bank closer to a car, he commented on where he was taking that money.

When asked if that money was received at the expense of taxpayers, Vachagan Ghazaryan stated, 'It was not thanks to you, it was thanks to friends, it was their money, I was taking it to give to them.'
