There Is No Alternative to Normalizing Relations Between Armenia and Azerbaijan: Bayramov
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, stated during a press conference following a meeting with Israel's Foreign Minister Eli Cohen that there is no alternative to normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
According to Bayramov, the normalization of relations must be based on mutual recognition of each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
