The Owner of 'Nor Zovk' Will Remain in Custody; Decision Remains Unchanged
The accused in the case of 'Nor Zovk' LLC, the company's owner Vladimir Sargsyan, will continue to remain in custody.
A measure of detention had been applied to Vladimir Sargsyan in the case of 'Nor Zovk' LLC, against which an appellate complaint had been filed.
It should be recalled that during a comprehensive investigation initiated by the Economic Crimes and Smuggling Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee regarding allegations of tax evasion by 'Nor Zovk' LLC, facts were gathered indicating that the company showed a notably low turnover through the use of information technologies, thus failing its tax obligations. As a result of this investigation, the owner of 'Nor Zovk' LLC and two employees have been charged with committing criminal acts as stipulated in Articles 290, Parts 1 and 2 of the RA Criminal Code, while the owner of the software support company has been accused of assisting in the commission of the aforementioned criminal acts.
