Video: Clashes Erupt Between Protesters and Police in French Saint-Solen

The leader of France's communist party has accused President Macron of creating an atmosphere of "civil war" due to police violence.

French police assert that in Saint-Solen, where tensions have rapidly escalated, they faced explosive devices and Molotov cocktails from protesters. The police used tear gas in response, while protesters retaliated by setting police vehicles on fire.

It is worth noting that on January 10, French Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne presented a government proposal for pension reforms, which seeks to raise the retirement age from 62 to 64. This new regulation is exactly what activists are fighting against.

Additionally, riots in France have flared up with renewed intensity.
