VIDEO: Biden Confuses Canada with China

US President Joe Biden confused Canada with China, provoking laughter and applause from the Canadian Parliament where he was delivering a speech.

“Today I am applauding China for speaking. Excuse me, I am applauding Canada. You understand what I am thinking... about China, but let’s not talk about that for now,” he said.

Biden is currently visiting Canada, where he has already met with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and delivered a ceremonial address before local parliamentarians.
