Tragic Car Accident in Yerevan: 3 People on a Moped Hit by a Bus

Today, on March 24, a tragic incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 18:00 on Noragavit 1st Street, a collision took place between an as yet unidentified moped and a BMW. According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the collision, the moped overturned, and at that moment, a bus serving route number 456 struck the three individuals who were on the moped.

Two people died at the scene, while one was transported to the hospital with critical injuries. A criminal investigation has been initiated in the investigative department regarding the incident.

The police and the investigative department are working to determine the identities of the drivers of the BMW and the bus, as well as the moped rider, the deceased individuals, and the injured party. According to the source, all three casualties were on the moped, which collided with the BMW before overturning, leading to the bus hitting them at that moment. One of the deceased is a woman, another is a child, and the injured person is a man.
