Television commentator Artjom Yekanian has shared photos on his page with the following caption: “I have a question for the municipal authorities that are conducting tree felling at Cascade: This rotting tree in our yard (62 Teryan) which, for some reason, wasn’t cut down in the past, has fallen on my wife’s car and caused noticeable damage.

I wonder, is it normal for citizens to suffer material damage due to the negligence of municipal authorities? Maybe felling such trees should be their responsibility?”
