Why Did the CSTO Secretary General Visit Armenia? Deputy Foreign Minister Explains

The Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Paruir Hovhannisyan, addresses the question of why the CSTO Secretary General visited Armenia.

"He is a new secretary, and this was a scheduled visit; he was supposed to come and get acquainted with partners," the deputy foreign minister explained.

It is noteworthy that the CSTO Secretary General arrived in Armenia and visited Jermuk, where he held several meetings, familiarized himself with the consequences of Azerbaijan's attack on Armenia's sovereign territory in September 2022, met with officials, and later visited Yerablur.
