VIDEO: How a Man Steals Someone Else's Bicycle

The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia is looking for the individual depicted in the video as part of a criminal case being investigated by the Central and Nor Nork-Marash investigative divisions of the Yerevan Investigative Department.

In order to ensure a comprehensive, objective, and thorough investigation of the case, measures are being taken to locate the individual in question. The Investigative Committee requests that the person shown in the video present themselves to the relevant authorities or, if anyone recognizes him or has any information regarding his identity or whereabouts, to report to the Central and Nor Nork-Marash investigative division of the Yerevan Investigative Department.

Notice: A person accused of a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the procedure established by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia with a legally binding court decision.
