Roads Closed in Armenia

The Emergency Situations Service reports that there are closed roads in Armenia.

The roads leading from the "Amberd" high mountainous meteorological station to the Amberd Fortress and the Kari Lake are closed in the Aragatsotn Province.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation's North Ossetia crisis management center, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is closed to all types of vehicles. Drivers are advised to use winter tires exclusively while traveling.
