Artsakh Prime Minister Gurgen Nersisyan has negotiated with protesters. This was reported by Hraber.

It has just been announced that tensions in Artsakh are not calming down. Protesters have blocked the road for Russian peacekeepers’ vehicles, preventing them from entering the parking lot.
