Strong Winds Damage School Roofs in Armenia

During the night of March 5 and the daytime of March 6, strong winds caused damage to the roofs of several schools in the Gegharkunik region, including Vardenik No. 2 Primary School, Tsovagyugh, Semyonovka, Karchaghbyur, Shatvan, Aygut, and Geghamavan Secondary Schools.

The Governor of Gegharkunik has instructed the directors of the affected schools to promptly create reports on the construction deficiencies and submit them to the Gegharkunik Regional Administration.

According to the governor, appropriate measures will be taken to restore the damages inflicted on the schools.
