VIDEO: Shoigu Arrives in Mariupol

The Russian Ministry of Defense reports that its head, Sergey Shoigu, has visited Donbas, particularly Mariupol, which came under Russian control in the spring of 2022.

“During the visit, Sergey Shoigu checked the progress of works carried out by the military construction complex of the Russian Ministry of Defense on the restoration of Donbas infrastructure,” the statement noted.

The Russian military department also conveyed that Shoigu was presented with a new medical center built after the capture of the city, an emergency rescue center from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and a new residential area consisting of 12 buildings.
