Strong Winds Expected: Weather Forecast for the Coming Days
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia warns that on March 6, due to the passage of a cyclone, wind intensification is expected across the country. In Shirak, Lori, Tavush, Gegharkunik, Aragatsotn, Vayots Dzor, Kotayk, Syunik, and Artsakh, winds will reach 27-32 m/s, while in Armavir, Ararat, and Yerevan, winds will be up to 17-20 m/s.
On March 7, precipitation is expected in several regions, with significant rainfall in most regions on the 6th. From March 8-10, dry weather is forecasted.
The temperature is expected to gradually rise by 6-9 degrees during the day and by 3-5 degrees at night on March 5-6.
In Yerevan on March 6, brief rain is anticipated on the evening of the 7th. On the day of March 7, and from the 8th to 10th, dry weather is expected. On March 6, wind intensity will be 17-20 m/s.
During the night of March 6, temperatures in the capital will be around 10-12 degrees, while daytime highs will register at +18 to +20 degrees.
