Husband Breaks Down Door, Enters and Burns Ex-Wife's House in Armenia

On March 5th, at 20:48, a citizen called the National Police Department's operational management center, reporting that a 35-year-old resident of the village of Yeghegnavan had set his house on fire on Mashtots Street.

The police's operational group from the Yeghegnadzor division headed to Yeghegnavan. It was revealed that around 20:30, the 35-year-old man broke down the door, unlawfully entered his ex-wife's house, set fire to the living room table, a duvet, and fled the scene.

As a result of the measures taken, the 35-year-old man was found on Garegin Nzhdeh Street in the village, arrested, and taken to the Yeghegnadzor police division. During a personal search, a knife with a secret lock was discovered in his possession. The documents prepared have been sent to the Vedi investigative division.
