Video: Caucasian Red Deer Roam in a Courtyard in Dilijan

A video has surfaced online showing how Caucasian red deer, released into the wild, wander in a courtyard in the city of Dilijan.

The Ministry of Environment reports that the staff of the "Red Deer Breeding Center" in the Dilijan National Park quickly responded to the alert and removed the animals from the area, relocating them to a safer location.

“We kindly ask that in case of any further similar incidents, you immediately contact the Dilijan National Park at the following phone numbers: +374 268 27171, +374 268 27032. The movement of the deer is monitored via radio communication. It is important to note that if any harm comes to the red deer, the state will calculate damages at 15 million drams, and liability measures are set under Article 386 (Illegal Hunting) of the Criminal Code,” states the Ministry's post.
