Araik Harutyunyan on Scholz's Statement

We welcome Olaf Scholz's statement that the conflict must be resolved peacefully based on the principles of territorial integrity and the right to self-determination of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, wrote the President of Artsakh Araik Harutyunyan on his Twitter microblog.

"The resolution of the conflict is impossible without fully taking into account the fundamental and collective rights of our people," he noted.
