Video: Allen Simonian Couldn't Contain Laughter After Ruben Rubinyan's Speech

During the regular session of the 5th term of the RA National Assembly today, the Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan stated: “Dear colleagues, of course, I will not reiterate my astonishment from the previous session that particularly the 'Armenia' faction abstains from voting on all projects, but let me draw your attention to an interesting matter: the 'Armenia' faction, which incessantly blames the CP for damaging relations with all countries without exception, and the 'Armenia' faction, which seems to support deepening relations particularly with China and Russia, just abstained from voting on the approval of agreements with these two countries. I do not know why they did this; let's just fix it.”

After Rubinyan's speech, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Allen Simonian, could not contain his laughter while presenting the legislation. For more details, see the video.
