Discussion on High-Rise Construction Projects in Vayk Related to Lydian, Says Kerobyan
Having a Canadian-American and English investment company so close to the border will prevent people from these communities from leaving, as they will have high incomes. This was stated by Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan during a Public TV broadcast.
According to Kerobyan, thanks to Lydian, an entire ecosystem of adjacent communities will form, which should enable a high level of economic activity in those areas.
“Today we are discussing even high-rise construction projects in the Vayk community, which are also related to Lydian,” Kerobyan announced.
The Minister mentioned that several large businesses are considering major investment opportunities in the region associated with the operation of the Amulsar gold mine.
Addressing environmental risks, Kerobyan noted that the mine had been operational since 2018.
“Armenia has undertaken international obligations, and failing to meet them has harmed our investment attractiveness,” Kerobyan remarked.
