Aliyev's Daughters Purchase Luxury Hotel in Dubai with Stolen Funds: Infoteka24
Azerbaijani opposition leader Suleyman Suleymanli has criticized the Aliyev family, accusing them of embezzling the funds of their own people. According to Infoteka 24, it is specifically reported that the Sofitel hotel complex in Dubai, valued at over $1 billion, was purchased by the Aliyevs with money stolen from the public.
"This hotel belongs to Sahra FZCO, which in turn is owned by the president's daughters. The hotel was constructed by the managing company Mirk Group. Billions have been invested in various countries with money stolen from the people. They cut off benefits for the children of the people and spent it on their own children," the opposition figure stated on his Twitter page.
