VIDEO: "We have fallen short in not being able to remove those authorities" - Seyran Ohanyan

The main shortcoming of the opposition is that it has not been able to remove the current authorities, stated Seyran Ohanyan, the head of the "Armenia" faction and former Minister of Defense, during a press conference held after the "Imperative of International Recognition of the Republic of Artsakh" scientific-practical conference.

According to Ohanyan, an adequate force capable of creating real resistance and preventing the authorities from taking further actions has not been fully established in the opposition field. "We have fallen short in not being able to remove those authorities who see Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan, and who do not make decisions in line with the geopolitical situation surrounding our country," he said.

In the opinion of the former Minister of Defense of Armenia, the ongoing negotiation process shows that the Armenian leadership does not conceal its plans regarding Nagorno-Karabakh.
