US Ambassador Prepares Zhenyalov Bread with Displaced Artsakh Residents

Today, the US Embassy in Yerevan announced that US Ambassador Quinn visited Metsamor to meet with families displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh due to the military operations in 2020.

He conversed with the displaced families and prepared zhenyalov bread together with them at the Mets and More Bakery, which was opened with the support of USAID, providing job and reintegration opportunities for displaced families living in Metsamor since 2020.

The ambassador expressed his deep concern regarding the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. The United States calls for the immediate restoration of free movement through the Lachin corridor.
