Prosecutor's Office Appeals Decision to Deny Detention Request for Grigori Khachaturov

The Prosecutor's Office has filed an appeal against the decision to deny the detention request for Major General Grigori Khachaturov. This was announced by the head of the Public Relations Department of the Republic of Armenia's Prosecutor General's Office, Arevik Khachatryan.

"Today, the Prosecutor's Office has submitted a special review appeal to the Court of Appeals against the Anti-Corruption Court's decision denying the detention request for Grigori Khachaturov," Khachatryan stated.

As a preventive measure, a prohibition on leaving has been chosen for Khachaturov. It is noteworthy that it was previously reported that the request to detain Grigori Khachaturov had been denied. The decision to reject the request was made by Judge Tigran Davtyan of the Anti-Corruption Court.
