Brazilian footballers Malcom and Claudinho, who play for the Russian club Zenit, have become citizens of Russia. This news was reported by НТВ. They will no longer be eligible to play for the Brazilian national team.

The decree was signed by President Putin. Additionally, 32 other individuals were granted Russian citizenship, including French journalist and volunteer Adrien Boken, who had previously applied for refugee status in Russia.
