Musk Accuses US Deputy Secretary of State of Escalating Conflict in Ukraine

American billionaire Elon Musk has accused US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland of striving to escalate the conflict in Ukraine. “No one is fueling this conflict in Ukraine as much as Nuland,” he wrote on his Twitter page.

Previously, Nuland stated that the US supports Ukraine’s strikes on military targets located in Crimea. “These are legitimate targets. Ukraine is striking them, and we support that,” the diplomat said.

In turn, former US President Donald Trump accused Nuland on Tuesday of pushing Ukraine towards NATO. “For decades, we have had people like Victoria Nuland who want to push Ukraine into NATO,” he said in a video message posted on his “Truth Social” platform.
