Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has posted on his Facebook page announcing that the Russian army is systematically shelling Kherson.

Zelensky particularly mentioned that strikes have been made on parking lots, residential neighborhoods, high-rise buildings, as well as public transport stops.

“As a result of these terrorist acts, unfortunately, there are casualties and injuries. I express my condolences to all those who have lost their loved ones. The world cannot forget for even a moment that Russian brutality and aggression know no boundaries. The terrorist state will bear responsibility for all its inhumane crimes against our people and against Ukraine,” wrote Zelensky.
